Permanent trim lighting is a low profile aluminum channel fitted into your roofline with individually addressable LEDs set inside it. It goes up once and stays up. There is no seasonal install, no storage bin in the garage, and no getting on a ladder in December.
It suits homeowners who want their house to look finished at night all year, not just for a few weeks. Warm white every evening, team colors on game day, orange in October, red and green in December, all from your phone.

Can you see it during the day?
Barely, and that is deliberate. The track is a low profile channel tucked into the roofline and we paint it to match your fascia before it goes up. Most people have to be told where it is before they spot it.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much roofline you want lit, which is different on every house. We come out, measure the actual runs and give you a real number. The estimate is free and there is no deposit to get one.
How long does the install take?
Most homes are a single day. Bigger or more complex elevations can run into a second day. We tell you which one yours is when we quote it, not on the morning we show up.
What is covered by the warranty?
The system carries a written 10 year warranty. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we are an approved contractor.
How do I control it?
From an app on your phone. You get millions of colors and preset scenes, you can schedule it to come on at dusk on its own, and we set the whole thing up with you before we leave.
Will it hold up to Arizona weather?
